Frederick Bird Academy takes the wellbeing of the children and their families extremely seriously. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Our Pastoral Team is here to support you, acting as a link between school and home. We are based throughout the school, in all of the phase groups and strive to remove barriers for children so that they can access their education and ensure our pupil’s physical, emotional, social, and mental health needs are met. We are always happy to help.
